Choosing the perfect wedding venue can be one of the most challenging decisions in planning your wedding day or elopement. You want somewhere that reflects your personality and style, but also provides a beautiful backdrop for both ceremony and reception. JM Cellars is a favorite wedding venue of mine. You can see a few different blogs on my website, and it’s not surprise because it doesn’t have a bad angle. I love working there, and I’m so excited any time I’m welcomed back.
JM Cellars is nestled in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country and adds so much romance and charm to a wedding day. Lush forest, classic barrel room, it has so much old-world charm and elegance while being true to a PNW wedding.
Serendipitous Love Story
Renee talked about her goal-oriented nature and how 2022 was the year she was going to get married. I’d love to be able to predict these types of things for myself! She lived in Colorado at the time and had her Bumble set to that specific locale, not wanting a long-distance relationship.
Of course, life had other plans. Tori was in town for a business trip, they connected, and the rest is history. Well, the rest is an beautiful and intentionally planned wedding day at JM Cellars.
LGBTQ+ Weddings and Chosen Families
Everything had a purpose, from the details to the guests in attendance. In the LGBTQ+ community, chosen family holds such space and weight, and I was overwhelmed with emotion to see everyone gathered together for Renee and Tori.
As an empath and someone who can feel energy in any room, this love was intense in the best way. It was clear that Tori & Renee’s chosen family held them with gratitude and created this space for them to fully express their love. One of those weddings you feel really lucky to have been a part of.
