And most of the time you don’t even realize she was there. It’s amazing to me how you can be having an intimate moment and not notice pictures are being taken. You should feel supported by your photography team from booking to gallery delivery. Here’s a sneak peek of the experience you’ll have working with us!

You’re booking your wedding team months (even years) in advance! We spend that time getting to know you, your tastes, and collaborating to meet your specific needs. You won’t book and then not hear from us!
Plus we send you little surprises along the way!

The vision for your day doesn’t come together overnight. You can lean on us throughout all the ups and downs.
Are you thinking through what veil to get? We’re happy to chime in. Do you need a wedding mood board to capture the visual essence of your day? Got you covered!
We’ve photographed over 400 weddings between the team so there’s not a problem we can’t solve.
We love to use Voxer for quick communication and you will always receive a response within 24-48h if not way sooner!

Team support means you’re promised the same experience, without delays. There is always someone to fill in that is completely trained if anything happens to one of the team members.

Get access to our tried and true vendor list. The A++ people in the industry that will take care of you.

A few months before the day we send over a questionnaire to gather all pertinent information about the day.
We learn about your family dynamics, VIPs, and special plans we may not be aware of.
We build your family & VIP shot list ahead of time so there’s no confusion on the day.
If you don’t have a planner, we will build your timeline. If you do, we leave that to them!

We will:

Provide a warm and calming presence

Direct when needed but step back to let natural moments unfold without interference

Arrive before coverage begins to scout the venue in that day’s weather and light. We’ll also have back-up plans for inclement weather.

Know family dynamics beforehand (tension, divorces, deaths, etc.)
-
Dressed to blend in with guests. (i.e. no jeans at a black tie event)
-
Attention to detail at every turn and on the fly problem solving

Big hugs and congrats at the end! We love our clients so please keep in touch!

Your excitement & time matters to us. We promise to deliver your sneak peeks within 48h and your wedding gallery within 2 weeks.
We fully believe you shouldn’t have to wait months for your images. This is unheard of when working 1:1 with a solo wedding photographer.
Your images will be online for one year. Your gallery has high-res and web-res download options, a print shop, and the ability to share with loved ones.

After working with us, you’re officially a part of the Newlywed Club. That gives you lifetime special pricing for future sessions.

A second set of eyes is always great but we are fully comfortable working alone. There are a few specific circumstances where a second photographer is necessary:
1) you’re getting ready in different locations that require driving
2) you have more than 130 guests
3) you’re not doing a first look
4) you want different angles of important moments (walking down the aisle from behind and front, etc.)

Yes! All wedding photographers should have liability and gear insurance. If they don’t, you’re playing with fire.
As for your photos, we dual record the images in-camera so if one card fails, we still have everything. After the wedding, your files get backed up to three different places, one of those being the cloud. We never clear the original cards until your photos are delivered.

I can process payment through eCheck, check, or credit card.

More than you know what to do with, trust me! The average amount is at least 500 for shorter coverage and upwards of 900 for a full day. Note that We don’t put a cap on the number of images you receive. If it the image meets our standards for delivery, it will be in your gallery.

We deliver sneak peeks within 48 hours. The final gallery is delivered 2 weeks after the wedding date.
For video, our timeline is 4 weeks as the workflow is more intensive. Your video will be delivered via a private download link.

Yes! If we have a videographer and photographer available we can do it! When providing both, we have at least 2 – 3 artists on site.

We strongly believe that if you want stellar imagery that you have a stellar team behind you. Knowing that you have experts making your dreams come true will put you at so much ease. When you’re to able to relax, it shows in front of the camera. If you need suggestions for vendors you haven’t booked, I’m happy to provide my list of A+ vendor recommendations that will provide the best style & customer service.

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer. Payment plans are as follows:
1) 50% retainer & remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding
2) $1000/mo until balance is paid
*All balances must be paid by 30 days before the wedding date

Short answer: yes! However, since the collections are bundled to be cost effective for you, removing an item won’t mean a reduction in price based on the add-on menu.
